- Good entry-level start to Cybersecurity/tech industry - Good Benefits/Comp depending on team

Cons

Get your experience and go, My primary reason for leaving was management and the uncomfortable environment present each time you stepped into the Somerville office. Employees are visibly miserable, CEO/Management is verbally abusive as well as inconsiderate to the point where you want to keep your head down until you find another position. Steer clear of this company in its current state but if you have no choice, get your experience and go.

Pros

People are incredibly smart and focused. Company is very big on work life balance and it shows. I have been told by colleagues to not work and focus on family. Product is amazing and constantly improving. Company and people don't sit on their laurels and don't post. Management understands that not everything can be done by everyone.

Cons

Lots of work to do and not enough hours in the day to do it. Benefits aren't as competitive but I feel will improve with time. Some processes aren't clear as there are either people who have been with the company for 2 years or 10. It's improving but can be frustrating.
