The company is well managed and has a good clear mission. The leadership is aligned from the C suite all the way to the team managers. The offices in Somerville may look dreary on the outside but are actually really cool on the inside. They have a sweet industrial style to them, with exposed brick and big open windows. The company encourages a feeling of ownership. Everyone is invested and motivated to help each other out and make the company do well.

Cons

Some clients can be a pain to deal with or ask for work that is boring. Working between departments can be difficult.
