      Pros

      This company is the worst. Management is out for themselves. No accountability.

      Cons

      Management tells you what fits for them at the moment, no follow through. Don't have any life crisis or you will be punished. I wouldn't call the health insurance a benefit.

      Pros

      Some friendly staff that make the day more tolerable, Likable population (Working with children), free meals, beautiful hospital grounds.

      Cons

      Upper management is not friendly at all to the point where I dread coming to work in fear of running into management. The environment is unwelcoming. Poor communication between management. They never call out when you do a good job. No appreciation for the hard work you do everyday. It is not a very supportive place to work. Over worked and under paid. Drama between staff is bad. No one is ever on the same page. Large bonuses for new hires but current staff get NOTHING... not even a pay raise!
