      Good pay Good professional experience If you can survive here, without admin support, you can survive anywhere

      Favoritism No Autonomy (quite literally you are locked up with no access to phone, or the outside world). Interventions are chosen for you, how, when, where, and all you do will be monitored If you are not white and friends with clinical supervisors and clinical director you are treated as less than human, accused of being compromised (in a relationship with the clients). Very unprofessional "leadership " they go out and get drunk with colleagues and clearly show Favoritism to those they are friends with. Even canceling programs for a wedding but refusing PTO.

      Clear Communication, great work place moral, very competitive compensation packages

      Cons

      Benefits, this is very minimal they have a great benefits package with a lot of great items, but just the pricing might be a little steep with anyone with 2 or more people in their family.
