Pros

Very close-knit family. They very much value what the opinion of their employees no matter if it is positive or negative feedback. Open to constructive criticism. Value hard working and team work oriented individuals.

Cons

Would benefit from a more diverse employee makeup. Although that seems to be a problem with the field of software engineering in general. Not really unique to the company.

Pros

Coworkers are great and collaborates. Owners work with you not in some office. Learn a lot from everyone and get new skills. Really great benefits. Don't have to job hop but can stay for the long term.

Cons

Because it is small, other developers are afraid to come because they think it is an unknown but it has a great tract record and is respected by the customers and other companies.
