Possibility to learn and control sales, marketing, finance and operations. Open minded people, lots of trainings, fast personal development. World class ERP and reporting systems. Great mentality: It's important to analyze data not to spend your time creating reports

Pros

I couldn't imagine a job I'd enjoy more. Every day was different and working hardly felt like working at all. The events and activations were all thoroughly enjoyable and I learnt so much at the same time. The great thing about Red Bull is that you want to succeed for the company and your colleagues, as much as you do yourself.

Cons

This job is based strongly on being an entrepreneurial-minded person. Although for the majority of the time that's great as it pushes you outside of your comfort zone, sometimes an extra bit of guidance in missions and sales tasks would have been helpful.
