Pros

Successful growing business with a great brand you can feel proud of. Great people who are passionate about what they do, they push you to be better. Entrepreneurial culture means there is lots of opportunity for the taking. It's small enough that you can network and make things happen. Global travel and the opportunity to work in other countries.

Cons

Great place to be in Sales and Marketing; support functions have less access to the perks. Less structure than most businesses of this size, which is great if you like working in an entrepreneurial way. If you are someone who loves meeting agendas and lots of process, this probably isn't the company for you.

Pros

Events, free breakfast, lots of things going on, buzzy environment, sense that they care about the staff and making them happy.

Cons

Flat structure, not really suitable for hierarchical climbers.
