Pros

+ One of the best marketing brands + Young and friendly team + Open door policy + Crazy events and parties + Free Red Bull + Healthy and social environment + Great marketing exposure

Cons

- Not suited for traditional people - Requires a lot of creativity and out of the box thinking - Although laid back and fun, the job should be done by the dead line (These are not cons actually)

Pros

My boss was super chill, always willing to meet with me on the drop of a hat and willing to socialize outside of work.

Cons

The job is what you mak of it, there is not very much structure so it is not for people who are not self-motivated.

Pros

Meet loads of cool people, athletes and attend special events such as flug tag and king of the rock. You get tons of free red bulls too.

Cons

Management was often hard to communicate with and absent. Difficult to move up in this company.
