Pros

Exciting and creative environment with very passionate employees. Management encourages growth and development with opportunities to move across global Red Bull markets.

Cons

Work / life balance is almost non-existent as the sheer volume of projects at any given time is great. Salary increases are underwhelming and at times it feels like employees out in more than they get.

Pros

Some very unique benefits - Like company car. Chilled out work place, mostly okay in terms of culture, good brand, unique marketing strategies

Cons

No growth plan, no way to move beyond one element of the marketing mix, politics, some questionable HR policies, little or no chance of getting a role in any other region/global.

Pros

Flexibility, Good salary for a part time student, Amazing people to interact with.Overall its a win-win for a student with good contacts in campus.

Cons

Have to work in the month of exams too. Sometimes you run out of ideas to keep up with the job role. Some of the tasks can get you in trouble at your college level.
