      Pros

      Pay is good and autonomy but it's there for reason. The more autonomy the more they will pin on you later (my them I mean your direct managers)

      Cons

      I've never worked for a company where your own leaders try to sabotage you for their own gain. Red Bull is as intense politically and culturally as it portrays itself to be in content. Let's just say when asked why they are still in an old Nazi they claimed it was because it was historical
