Pros

Barry and Kristin (CEO and COO) created a great proactive culture here! Opportunities abound for your next step/position and the HR people are very helpful. As an aside, I mentioned a vexing personal matter and Kyle took the initiative to go the extra mile and help me solve the part that Red Canyon could help with. Dittos for Sengens and my 401K!

Cons

It is a smaller company. But that's at least as much of a pro as a con.

I was left alone to do my job for a majority of my tenure there

Cons

Barry and management attempted to coerce myself and several others to breach our contract because of a "business decision" during the early days of the coronavirus pandemic
