Pros

Amazing people Great company culture

Cons

Too many reorgs in too short of a time period - teams need more time to adjust and get situated in order to be performing at their best. This can also contribute to a decline in morale.

Pros

Work from home policy. RedHat recharge days and sick days

Cons

Opportunity to growth is becoming more limited. Pressure on revenue has forced layoffs and the outlook might be worse for the rest of the year. Additional work due to task force reduction and no salaries increases even when company still growing year over year.
