Pros

Work-life balance is the best in RedHat. Recharge day (paid time off) every quarter. Work is primarily on the latest tech. Push on AI is really commendable. Encourages employees for upkilling - learn new technologies.

Cons

Not a great pay master.

Pros

-Most managers are very flexible around working hours, if your position has that luxury -Good benefits -Fast paced environment can challenge you to grow

Cons

-Lack of strong leadership -Chaotic planning and execution of corporate changes -Fellow employees can be really rude, a culture that was created internally long ago through the notion of a "meritocracy" and all ideas are great to share. This often came in the form of openly criticizing colleagues.
