Pros

too many tech events, talks etc., good exposure many perks other than salary, small gifts time to time pantry, gives free seasonal fruits, nuts, tea, coffee, biscuits etc

Cons

work is not exciting , but youll get free time to lean and contribute to opensource so do that. cafeteria sucks - only one vendor, do not maintain hygiene recently micro management begun and taunting or emphasising to come 3 days office in a week.
