Pros

I have no complaints with the company. Management puts employee's life as a priority and surprise you with benevolence when you least expect it. When Covid lockdown started, the employers gave us Rs 12000/- no questions asked for the infra we may have bought for wfh. Wfh is the norm and remote workers also exist, so the culture is built in such a way that there isn't a lot of difference between someone who always comes to work and someone who prefers to wfh. One of my colleagues stayed at his hometown with his wife for the first 1 year of his daughter's birth.

Cons

I personally didn't find any cons.

Pros

Open Culture, Smaller Employer, targets and commission paid on time , easy to follow plans, very supportive management structure

Cons

Not as many places to go if you want to grow in your career in all areas of the business and a high percentage of male employees in senior roles.
