Pros

- Freedom in the work place - Great Opensource culture - Amazing people around the globe - Easy to reach any one with in the organization

Cons

- Basic pay structure is very very low and not up to market standard. Need improvement to retain good people for long term growth of the company.

Pros

Pay is above average. Lots of freedom in the job. Strong technical leadership. You make the job what it is. Lots of great recognition in the IT world.

Cons

Not a sales and product management culture. Very close to cathedral and bazaar (the book). Red Hat is the bazaar where Open Source software development is chaotic, lots of opinions and lots of teaming where it makes sense.

Cons
