      Pros

      Awesome environment with plenty of highly talented people, specially in technical roles. A lot of opportunities as the Company is growing. Amazing Cloud vision and new areas to innovate: PaaS, IaaS, DevOps.

      Cons

      Management has grown from Linux and they know a lot that area but they struggle a little bit when talking about Middleware and some new topics more business related. Really IT and technical driven, has to improve on the UI experience.
