Pros

Strong growth in each quarter; Fairly good working environment but exclude remote offices;

Cons

I take this job when I saw so many good feedback from this website. But I'm wrong because the business environment locally is not the same. Political disruption makes the business not well. Limited information sharing, bad communication and poor marketing. It has not built up an effective platform to run business smoothly.

Pros

A four month internship. Working on linux kernel quality engineering Workflow is relaxing Pretty well-paid And flexible working hours. For full-time employee, 1.5day/month PTO is competitive in China and Work-from homw is encouraged.

Cons

Well the payment is not the best in Beijing. salary is medium. And the bonus might not be competitive Flow of employees are horrible.

Pros

A stable growing company. Ability for internal career growth is strong. Lots of good benefits. Industry leader with strong momentum.

Cons

Growing pains painfully obvious, HQ in NC, so not Bay Area culture. Poor pay as compared to similar roles at other Bay Area organizations.
