Incompetent professionals and kinds are welcome here. It's an amazing place for getting a cool title that doesn't even closely belong to you. Join this dead company for magically become a Senior Engineer even if you don't know how to write a bash script. They also have cool titles for ppl previously working as babysitters or waiters: you can choose between product owner, assistant manager, scrum master, agile coach and so on. In the end you will make a big sweat stain on your pants by doing nothing all day or by creating a big mess for the few sane engineers. It's up to you, nobody really cares. Welcome to the kennel. Come aboard asap, nobody will quickly fire you and you may keep the cool title.

Cons

Just after two years of employment and the inflation above 10%, they actually gave me a 5% salary increase! This is so sad, my already underpaid employment got a raise rather then falling down like everything else here. It must has been a mistake. I can assure you that usually nothing never raises here, salary first.
