Pros

Strongly collaborative, Open Source mindset. Great technologies with enthusiastic communities behind them. Solid culture of remote work, plenty of opportunities for working remote. Very good work/life balance (depends on your manager of course). Job mobility within the company is encouraged and pretty easy. Top-notch technical training is free for employees. Depending on what you do, you get to create a new job for yourself.

Cons

Middle management in Latin America has not understood the Open Source culture yet. Pay used to be good, now it's average at most. Office perks not like those you see at startups.
