      Pros

      Good place to work. Pay and benefits are fair, but the benefits could be better. You get an opportunity to work on a large number of project types across numerous clients and therapeutic areas allowing you to develop your skills. Also the animation department is amazing.

      Cons

      Currently understaffed and high turnover makes managing projects a bit tricky and inefficient.

      location, team members, servicing clients, doing meaningful work

      Cons

      everything is done backwards. no regard for employees and their needs, constant layoffs, little employee support, divisions don't have autonomy or decision making, corporate services make the rules with no regard to the impact on those who bring in the revenue.
