      Pros

      Awesome staff - very helpful and eager to help you learn Very friendly work environment with lots of staff events / team building outings

      Cons

      Only issue I noticed - which was not very problematic to me - was that there seemed to be a slight amount of office drama but I never noticed it effecting anyone's work or mood greatly

      Pros

      Truly an organization that respects its employees and listens to their opinions and suggestions. Everyone works hard and takes pride in their work and it shows in the quality of the end product. And just as importantly there is a real sense of community and friendship here. This is a great place to work!

      Pros

      Having worked for several publicly traded companies prior to joining Red Nucleus I am blown away by the quality of work, the 'can do' attitude of my colleagues and the company culture. This attitude comes from the top down. Our CEO Ian Kelly is extremely employee focused and regularly takes it upon himself to cook the burgers for a company picnic or bring in dozens of pastries for 'muffins with mom' to recognize all the working mothers. This is a company that has mastered the 'work hard, play hard' philosophy and continues to keep clients delighted, keep revenue growth AND employee satisfaction high.
