Pros

This company is so special and unique. I have been here for over 6 years and am constantly amazed at how incredible the group continues to be through the years of growth! They are collaborative, creative, innovative and overall a caring group to spend time with. They have expertly navigated COVID-19 to allow us to remain as connected as possible during these crazy times!

Cons

Not being able to be together in a building during COVID is a con - but through no fault of the company.

Great place to call work

Pros

-Executive-level leadership has been in place or 10+ years and genuinely cares about well being of employees -Relaxed work atmosphere with plenty of perks including fully stocked snack and drink closet, bi-weekly lunch and learns, monthly massages, shuffleboard table, ping pong table, arcade games -Hard working staff of extremely talented people. Many staff have been here for 5-10+ years -Yardley HQ office space is phenomenal - great office space to provide a comfortable and collaborative work environment -Generous health benefits, 401k program and employee educational assistance program -Paid volunteer day off -Company growing and doing very well in an exciting industry -The opportunity to work on new drug launches that positively affect and help so many people

Cons

-Occasional tight timelines. The company is, at the end of the day, an agency so in busy times work load can become overwhelming. RN does its best to keep up with this and hire the right people to ensure this is not happening too often. -The normal pains of a growing company - going from a company of 35 to a company of 125 has meant there has been some change over the years but overall a good, positive work environment has been kept in place

Thank you for your thoughts and feedback. We couldn’t agree more that this is a great place to call work! We look forward to many more years of success together. You are right, there are times that the agency’s timelines ebb and flow, but thankfully we are able to balance that out with our awesome perks! If you have any further feedback, please don’t hesitate to email us at hr@rednucleus.com.

Pros

Remote Work and some of the clients are good.

Cons

You must be connected to succeed. Constant berating, never good enough - it is the RN way or no way - we expected this and you didn't do it so you must be a failure. And it is just getting worse. It used to be a better place now it is just miserable - everyone is miserable, but they all pretend it is a great place to work instead of asking management to do something about the horrible conditions. It is worse than Artful Dodger.
