Pros

There is really no Pros to work for such a horrible company.

Cons

There is no management style, I got hired for a project then quit 2 weeks later, the manager was horrible, never give you a chance to talk, basically she said my way or the highway. She would tell you how the company have a great culture and there is no “I” in it just we, but the reality is a complete opposite. She would talk and talk and talk and you have no way in hell a chance to talk back, but when you talk back you will be arrogant and argumentative.

Pros

Still have some amazing, dedicated people working for the company Good reputation from previous business Government sales = continued business opportunity

Cons

Riding on the coat tails of when it was a great company Incredibly bureaucratic - purchased by investment agency and driven into the ground Turned into "good old boy's club" in management due to external hiring to support new markets a few years back, and still haven't "taken out the garbage" Company has completely lost its soul Internal operations team overworked, underpaid, and just one or two employees leaving away from complete exodus Severe cutbacks after change of ownership took away a HUGE amount of talent - both directly and indirectly. Dramatically underpaying employees

We’re sorry to hear that your experience has left you with a negative impression. We respect your perspective and would like to note that we are working to meet our business needs, focusing on meeting the needs of our customers and clients, as well as providing great resources and support to our internal teams as well. We welcome any and all of our employees to provide feedback on any changes that they may want. Our company has grown quite a lot in the past few years. Our private equity investors are investing time and money into Red River to help ensure our continued growth and depth. While this growth phase is quick and involves change, it shows that our company is progressing well. Through that growth, we are hiring quality individuals into the organization to support our teams. We are continuing to keep our internal teams strong by promoting internally, setting up pipelines where individuals can move laterally as well as vertically, and supporting them with the resources they need. In regards to your comment about compensation, we are consistently working to retain our fantastic team members with a fair and generous compensation package and benefits, as well as award and recognition programs. If you have any further feedback, we welcome you to reach out to our HR team, as we would be happy to listen to your feedback.

Pros

Remote is the only thing I liked about here

Cons

NOC Management is just too abusive, - Title is NOC but it is actually a Help Desk job - no structure - No respect from the manager - always pressurized by the manager - No space for appreciation - no matter how good you are!! NOC manager will still find a way to abuse you - Do NOT WASTE your time please like I did here unfortunately

We’re sorry to hear that you have a negative perception of the company. We strongly encourage our team members to reach out to our HR team if they are experiencing any issues with their team or manager so that we can discuss and work together to resolve any problems that may arise. We strive to show our appreciation through various avenues, including team-wide shoutouts, peer and/or manager nominations to our awards given out multiple times a year, as well as our annual awards. We’re glad to hear that our remote work was a good fit for you, and thank you for taking the time to provide us with your valuable feedback.
