      The company is growing, but it's always all hands on deck to accomplish your mission and be productive. You work hard and are rewarded!

      Management communication can be improved. It can be difficult to get a consistent answer from upper management

      Pros

      This is absolutely a great place to work. The corporate culture is amazing. Everyone is hired based on skills and the need to do a job and they are empowered to perform and achieve results. The company is rapidly growing and yet still supports a consistent drive to maintain culture, values and a team atmosphere. There are many company sponsored events every year and that continues regardless of the phenomenal growth. Hands down the best place I have ever worked in my entire career.

      Cons

      The growth of the company has seen a fair share of growing pains and yet the response is to get them corrected ASAP. In some serious soul searching, I cannot honestly say anything negative about Red River. Ask any current employee, and the response will be the same. As for negative comments from former employees, well there is a reason why they are no longer here I am sure.
