      Pros

      - They pay you on time - Team positivity in spite of adversity

      Cons

      - High pressure environment for no logical reason - Little to no guidance on what your job actually is - Will punish you for not doing your job when they don't even tell you - Asking far too much adaptability of the team. Constant shifting environment with zero consistency from leadership due to saying yes to literally anything the lab wants - PTO package is a sham. Offers "unlimited or flex" but is incredibly restrictive - Raises are non existent. The program was changed in 2025 and as a result consistent raises will never happen for anyone.

      Co-workers were great and learned a lot from each other. Compensation was well depending on your role

      Like all MSP's, there is a lot of micro-managing and utilization rates.

      Everything else! Even if this is your last option for employment DONT TAKE IT! The leadership will literally chew you up and spit you out. Their main agenda is making money and not caring about their customers. They are spreading roles thin to try to maximize profit. Red River of Today is not the same as the one from prior leadership. Culture is non-existent and support is nowhere to be found. The leadership of the department CG will cuss and verbally abuse staff while the COS will talk a big game on culture and striving for growth while doing the complete opposite. Whatever you do dont work here!!!
