      Pros

      When it was thriving the culture, community and sense of camaraderie was amazing. Some of the best people I have ever worked with.

      Cons

      It is all about the mighty dollar, private equity came in and destroyed an amazing culture and community.

      -Paid on time -Stepping stone to learn -Stepping stone to get into MITLL - Great to build relationships with the services company (in this case MITLL) to eventually leave Red River

      Cons

      -Management (Specifically starting at the VP and up) is extremely toxic and lacks empathy -Micromanagement -All metrics based -Lack of identifying talent for roles -High turnover: approximately 40+ people have quit due to toxic management and micromanagement (they installed cameras and management has direct feed to watch everyone’s move) -Does not value their employees or their growth -False promises and no pay

      Decent pay, some good managers.

      Cons

      Private equity is cancer that's killing the whole place. Beware if you're applying in Managed Services - the VP of the department has capped PTO at 3 weeks, flexible/unlimited PTO does NOT apply to you. They will lie about this. Currently only hiring cutthroat jerks for management roles. All good leadership is on their way out the door.
