Culture is not like any other company in NH, growing and expanding, truly a work hard, play hard company. Leadership is supportive and through growth still maintains a small business feeling.

Cons

Growth is necessary, but maintaining valuable employees is critical, too much turnover drains morale of other employees. Field engineers seem to have the most turnover.

This company continues to grow year over year and there is so much potential for movement an growth within the company. The culture is built on the foundation of teamwork and hard work and giving back to the community.

Cons

Sometimes we're moving too fast and we don't keep the rest of the company up to speed on recent successes or big wins or company news.
