      Pros

      Leaving Red River only due to new opportunity - not for a bad reason. IT team management is stellar. Best supervisors I've ever had. Cool projects. Lots of growth on the cloud side, plenty to do. Green field in many cases. A lot of opportunity to spearhead cloud development as you see fit. Great team culture in IT. Very helpful. Very open to innovations if you have an idea.

      Cons

      SNOW ticketing platform needs work. Not optimized well, damages its usefulness. Otherwise, my experience was very postive. No major complaints.

We complete an ongoing analysis of our compensation structures and encourage everyone to reach out to their manager and HR to better understand their compensation package. We work to ensure that all of our team members are being paid equitably, and have regular award and recognition programs as well.
