Great company on up and up

Pros

Great compensation, fun group of people to work with and hang out with, good benefits, tough but rewarding work. The entrepreneurial spirit is great within the company - if you're driven to do things well and want to make a difference, you can actually have an impact on the company.

Cons

Workloads can be overwhelming at times, but this is due to the success of the company. Many people seem to be drawn to the success then leave after they realize that being here involves work.

Pros

This is absolutely a great place to work. The corporate culture is amazing. Everyone is hired based on skills and the need to do a job and they are empowered to perform and achieve results. The company is rapidly growing and yet still supports a consistent drive to maintain culture, values and a team atmosphere. There are many company sponsored events every year and that continues regardless of the phenomenal growth. Hands down the best place I have ever worked in my entire career.

Cons

The growth of the company has seen a fair share of growing pains and yet the response is to get them corrected ASAP. In some serious soul searching, I cannot honestly say anything negative about Red River. Ask any current employee, and the response will be the same. As for negative comments from former employees, well there is a reason why they are no longer here I am sure.

Pros

Red RIver is full of dedicated individuals that create a great work environment. Management is committed to employee development. If you put the hours in to work hard you will be rewarded with opportunities to help shape your team / department. Great opportunities for people to advance from within and move from dept to dept. The business is strong and growing with a phenomenal industry reputation.

Cons

There is a lot of work that can be done and you need to be careful to find your own balance and boundaries. Plenty of people working hard and putting in the hours especially during busy season, but be careful to not get burned out.
