Pros

Nothing I can think of.

Cons

They claim Unlimited PTO, but that’s scrutinized and under a magnifying glass and don’t approve requests. Several employees have taken FMLA because they’re so burnt out and the company doesn’t care. They have a non-compete agreement with MIT Lincoln Labs for 2 years which sucks because jobs within Lincoln labs are flexible and better benefits so on top of being a toxic work environment, it’s a high turnover rate. There’s no training at all. Employees just like to close tickets without resolving them. No raises or praise. Nothing to look forward to, and they expect robots to just be there.

Pros

Management is trying to take strides in the right direction

Cons

This company is not a company that utilizes its resources well. If you are good at what you do all the tasks will be put on you and you will feel like you are being punished for your good work. Also the unlimited PTO is just a scam don't fall for that trick.

Thank you for providing us with your perspective and feedback. We never want our team members to feel like they are overworked. We certainly appreciate all of our team members, and encourage anyone who feels that their workload is too heavy or unbalanced within their team, to communicate with their manager. If you are uncomfortable going to your manager, our HR team is here to assist as well. Our Unlimited PTO exists to create flexibility to take time off for any personal time needed without needing to accrue time off. We understand that it may differ from other PTO policies and are sorry to hear it does not meet your expectations. If you have any concerns about taking time off and not being able to, you can always reach out to our HR team and we’ll be happy to discuss, and if needed, help facilitate conversation. Thank you again for your feedback.

Pros

Unlimited PTO (but you'll be punished for taking too much so it's not really unlimited) OK pay, could definitely be higher

Cons

Where to even start? It used to be employees were treated as people, now we're all just numbers. If your number is too low, or you're not contributing to number go up, expect big problems. Once Cerberus took over it's all been downhill with a massive, rapid culture shift for the worst.
