We certainly appreciate all of our team members, and encourage anyone who feels that their workload is too heavy or unbalanced within their team, to communicate with their manager. If you are uncomfortable going to your manager, our HR team is here to assist as well. Our Unlimited PTO exists to create flexibility to take time off for any personal time needed without needing to accrue time off. We understand that it may differ from other PTO policies and are sorry to hear it does not meet your expectations. If you have any concerns about taking time off and not being able to, you can always reach out to our HR team and we’ll be happy to discuss, and if needed, help facilitate conversation.
