Pros

Challenging problems to solve; Opportunities for continued education; Autonomy and high level of responsibility early in career

Cons

The experience very much dictated by quality of your manager. Lots of great managers so great place to come work but the manager ultimately dictates the value of the experience.

Pros

Depending on your role, flexible hours and work schedule, a reasonable work/life balanace. Depending on your role, some really kind people at lower levels of the company. I felt like I had a really great team in the content generation department.

Cons

Extremely poor upper-level (particularly C-suite/EVP-and-up) management that's focused on profit margins over people, and is really not open to feedback of any kind (in fact if you provide regular feedback, you'll most likely be fired - I saw it happen about 4 times in a row over the course of 2 years). Compensation for the work is below average as well, benefits package is pretty poor for anyone under the director level.
