Pros

- The people: RV's greatest asset. Smart, hardworking, innovative and collaborative. - Core values: Inclusive. Gives back to the community. Supportive of minority groups. - Multiple industries: You'll be given a chance to learn about countless industries, and if you are strategic, you can carve out a role for yourself and demonstrate its value. You'll be trusted with important work quickly and will have easy access to senior leaders. You'll learn more in 6 months at RV than you would getting a 4-yr degree.

Cons

Priorities can shift quickly without a lot of guidance on why. Speed doesn't always trump perfection. Return to office has felt forced and doesn't always align with maximizing employee productivity. Pay is below average.
