Pros

Lots of responsibility early in career Great experience working in fast-paced environment Good for building analytical rigor

Cons

Placement on brand/functional role influences career trajectory more than your work Work often over-analyzes on day-to-day performance and tasks, leads to burnout while failing to build around long-term vision

Growth if you go for it

Pros

Very flexible (untracked PTO) flexible work from home when needed. Lots of opportunities for growth if you network and know the right people. Being in Charlotte helps with the growth.

Cons

Lots of team changes, typically managers have a lot of individual work and can’t always dedicate a lot of time to actually managing
