High growth, high reactive

Pros

Open-minded leadership allows greener young professionals to take ownership, lead, and shine. Lots of growth potential, or even to carve your own path. Friendly co-workers who are equally engaged. Fun campus with a lot of opportunities to connect.

Cons

On the business side, it can be high-pressure with poor work-life balance. Highly reactive to external factors.

Pros

As a holding company, Red Ventures may have opportunities to move between teams. The office in Puerto Rico is beautiful.

Cons

- bad leadership - a culture of "work more," no matter how much work you are doing - problems are funneled down to individual contributors - The business teams do not talk to engineering before deciding how long things will take - AI is considered a solution to everything, and they expect people's performance to double when using AI - Leadership has very thin skin. They consider suggesting improvements a threat to their enormous egos and do not even listen, let alone respond, when problems arise. - Basically, the company is FILLED with that one loser in 5th grade who got pleasure getting other people in trouble, and has now grown up to be an adult.
