Pros

I must say I gained a lot of experience and built my technical skills while working here. They have a lot of opportunities to grow, attend network-building events, at collaborate with talented individuals who stay current with today's tech and marketing trends. As a creative, I had a great work life balance here (all employees may not have that experience, especially if you're an analyst. Great office to work in with great amenities.

Cons

Even though it is a great place to work, the pay is not competitive with other marketing companies. For creatives at the company (content, product and visual designers), it is harder to move up and make more money. People who work on the business side, like analysts, seem to be valued more. Job security isn't the best either. I got laid off within a year around the time I was due for a raise.
