Pros

1. Everyone is great, collaborative, the culture is amazing 2. Subsidized food 3. Great office space for walking outside 1:1's or events 4. Lots of technical challenges that really challenge you 5. RV throws you into the fire directly, this means you wear lots of hats and you learn a lot super fast

Cons

1. The work I do does not feel like I am contributing something useful to society. Feel's wrong sometimes 2. RV throws you into the fire directly, this means you wear lots of hats and you learn a lot super fast 3. Office space is not great for taking meetings, very crowded 4. Hybrid slowly becoming fully in person 5. Feels like the biggest startup still

Bad Work-Life Balance

Pros

Great campus with fantastic lunch options and lots of events to attend (however - you may not have any time to enjoy them)

Cons

Everyone is expected to work around the clock to get things done, with upper management being online at all hours (and all days). The culture isn't warm - it's very cold - and it's extremely easy to go several weeks at a time without hearing "good job" or "thank you". There are incredibly high expectations and a lot of micromanagement.
