Pros

- Recently overhauled their pay range and I made a decent salary - Young, energetic office. For someone's first job out of college, I could not have asked for a more similar group of people to begin my career with

Cons

- The churn and burn culture is real. RV is intentionally understaffed. They preach work life balance, and but don't often acknowledge the extra work you do. Over 70% of the people I started with had left before 2 years at the company.

Pros

People were nice. They definitely tried for a strong community feel. They hired talented people as well.

Cons

The average age was very young, and leadership seemed overwhelmed. The job I was asked to do was very different than what I interviewed for, and they didn't seem like they knew what to do. Hours were really long.
