Pros

Uncapped commission so you can bring in a lot of money (in addition to hourly check) a month. Laid back dress code, games and tavs all over the office for a "fun" atmosphere.

Cons

EVERYONE is expendable. You can have a great MONTH and you will be praised to no end. Turn around and have a bad WEEK and they're ready to fire you. Not all managers started on the phones so when they call themselves trying to coach you they are speaking from a place of ignorance and speculation, not experience. Rules and guides often change, sometimes without warning or clarity. Disciplinary actions can come of this at the drop of a hat and there is NO defending yourself or your job.

Pros

Red Ventures is a fast growing, challenging environment that will give you the opportunity to learn a lot.

Cons

Red Ventures is not the place to be for anyone working in the IT industry. The leaders of IT are "Yes" men that will not stand up for their employees.

Pros

The Company makes available to its employees; Cheap healthy food from Illios and Nice Buildings equipped with a Basketball Court and a Bowling alley.

Cons

Being a sales agent at Red Ventures is more of a Summer gig till you find a "Real Job". The company has very high turnover and management doesn't seem to care. I believe the goal is to high any and everyone with the promise that they will make a lot of money and see who sticks around. The company is constantly loosing employees and partners. Management on the sales floor is a joke, you are considered a vet if you stuck around for a year. This is a firm that spends 60 mil on a new building then pays its sales folks $10/hr and if you jump through all the hoops you get another $5 to $15 a sale. I think Rick Ellias could do better, he seems like a nice guy but too obsessed in trying to be like Google, Google actually pays their employees and treat them like people.
