The employee turnaround is out of control. People get fired on a daily basis, not for not doing their job, but for quality control reasons. Definitely not a company you want to grow with, especially in their childish environment.

Hours are terrible. They throw the usual cliches about "Be Happy at Work! Have Fun at Work" then send out a directive (one way email) that reminds you there are "250 people waiting to take your jobs! Constant consistent badgering. It phone sales at its absolute worst. They brag about hiring "400 people!" they don't say they burn through 52 per month. If you see a good review of this company, its from the corporate side - not sales. One more thing, a mistake will cost you $100.00 out of your paycheck.
