Pros

- Flexible work environment. - Ability to travel for work. - Some really great coworkers. - Good health benefits.

Cons

- Small raises (~5%) even when being promoted. No bonuses even at Senior Editor level. - Managers have little say over employee promotions, compensation increases, etc. - High turnover since 2021. - Long hours due to lack of resources and being understaffed. - Constant change in editorial direction.

Pros

Everyone seems pretty friendly, but that's about it.

Cons

Feels like a cult. Too many meetings. Constant layoffs and no backfill hiring. The workload gets worse and worse until you break. There were no raises during my two years there.

Pros

Nice campus. Interesting projects if you're on the right team.

Cons

Has a mega church cult like vibe. CEO has lost touch with the business. Consistent layoffs.
