Just a number to higher ups, had my position of 9 years and was just sold like stock to another company. Forced to join this or company or be without a job. Pulled everyone into a zoom meeting and gave us the most generic bs and kicked us out the door. Best part was that we still had to work under RV and still sell for them, making us somewhat of a sub-contractor for the same company that always said we were the heart of RV and would never get rid of us.

"Tough it out" mentality, if you work the hardest on a difficult client, you've proven your worth, pay/promotions are very political
