Pros

Great coworkers (while they last), casual dress code, decent benefits

Cons

RV is only concerned about their bottom line now and habitually changes the structure of the pay plans for the salespersons in a way that the "uncapped" commissions are definitely capped. They also tend to fire top performers that make too much money for "QA" violations. Overall, it's a very stressful way to try to eek out a living. I am a survivor there and have made it almost three years now...not sure how much longer I can stand it though.

Pros

employee benefits. Insurance is good.

Cons

Sales are to be made at any cost, even at the expense of the truth. High pressure is an understatement. This is the 21th century version of the "sweatshop" where we even must request permission to use the bathroom. All of this for the opportunity to use a basketball court???? No flexibility for any time off. Requests to use vacation time are frequently denied.
