      Strenuous but worth it!

      Pros

      The people I work with are great and have similiar interests to mine. I see the direct effect of my performance on the company. The benefits are great too, my health insurance premium was almost cut in half!

      Cons

      The interviews were thorough, but that is the point, I knew what I was getting into before I walked through the door. Every responsibility I was told in the interview I am actually doing. The interviews also gave me a chance to see who I would be working with and if it would be a good place for me. I didn't want another job where I came and went because I was unsatisfied, I know that will not be the case with Red Ventures.

      Pros

      Fun environment and they listen ! They make the workplace/work environment fun. They listen to their EEs. Everyone in management is energetic and values feedback. They implement ideas EEs propose.

      Cons

      Turnover. Due to the nature of the business the company does have turnover. They recruit a lot and have new hire classes and training on a consistent basis.

      Best place to work in Charlotte

      Pros

      I have absolutely loved my time at Red Ventures and wouldn't have stayed five years if I didn't. The firm is so unique culture wise, especially for Charlotte where boring financial institutions and old conservative companies are plentiful. The environment is incredibly fast paced and innovative which is very energizing to the right type of people. We are incredibly successful and it's exciting to hear about all we have coming up from a growth standpoint. Overall great people, culture, and business model and as good as it gets on this side of the country.

      Cons

      Very fast paced and ever changing environment given the growth. This is certainly not for everyone.
