Pros

Cheap lunches are probably the only perk I can think of

Cons

Lots. It used to be a great company for a while. The company doesn't know what it wants to be. At one point they were on track to be a software company, but never got over being run by business people who know nothing about Software. Projects are sold to business leaders by other businesse leaders saying they will take months, when realistically there is no way they could be done in less than a couple years. For a company that nobody has ever heard of, you sure can pull up a lot of results about their shady business practices on Google. Promotions are carrots on a stick and reviews can depend on internal politics that have nothing to do with the person being reviewed. As if the pay wasn't already bottom tier anyway. Everything is mismanaged at every level. Verticals are constantly being spun up, inevitably fail, then move on to the next failure. I firmly believe this whole company is propped up by silent investors, not a consistent income.

Pros

You meet wonderful people and make life long friends

Cons

Management is part of a cult. There is endless misogyny, gossip and drama. The CEO is a raging narcissist.

Pros

None other than working from home!

Cons

Hands down the worst company and employer to work for! You get counted for every call that come through your line and most people are very rude and nasty and do not like being transferred so you can shove internet down their throats. If you don’t make a sale they will pull you in for a “coaching” where you have to tell them what you could have don’t better to sell internet and then you have to do roll play! Sorry, but trying to force an elderly who doesn’t understand what you are talking about to buy internet is just unacceptable! Your get paid $10 hr. and are “promised” commission but there commission statures is a joke and you won’t make any money! After you pay for your health insurance and 401k you will be lucky to bring in $6.47 and hour! Trust me, I know from first hand experience! Don’t expect to get time off even it is requested for health reasons! “Oh, someone else had that time and business need don’t support your request”! Also, they do not take a doctors note! You can be dying and they expect you to be on the phone selling their internet, I also know this first hand! If you are late from break they take how many minutes late you are and take that from your time. So, basically they make look like you left early! So, if you’re late for 5 minutes they make it look like you left 5 minutes early and then you will get points added onto your attendance! 6 total points and you are fired! Late by 1 minute that counts as 3/4 of a point! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! Unless you want to be treated as you are nothing but a Lab Rat!
