Pros

- Flexible PTO: Super easy to take time off, by far the best benefit. - Young culture: Pro for college grads, con for experienced hires. The company is filled with lots early professionals. - High Agency: If you've got great ideas, you can push them and get them implemented even as a lower level employee.

Cons

- Rigid promotional structure: Regardless of performance, there are rigid time frames for promotion that will not be stretched. - At times, disorganized: Seen several senior leaders turn over, and rapid shifts in strategy. - Musical Chairs: Frequently moves around employees to different verticals, which slows their development and hinders company growth.
