Incredibly competent and relaxed hiring process. Good pay for the role. Full remote option. A real consulting firm willing to move you from client to client or work the bench for a short time.

Cons

Very irregular time card submission schedule.

- RedCloud has some of the best people I have ever worked with, managers are invested in you, peers treat you with respect, very good culture all around - Strong management at all levels - Pay is competitive - This company allows you to have great work life balance

- Hierarchy can be somewhat hard to understand.

A really great group of people

Pros

Red cloud truly has a lot of very awesome people to work with. They keep internal overhead work as low as possible for a consultant, which I really appreciate. The biggest thing that has stood out to me was that after some time in the role I was told by management that they wanted to give me a raise. I find it very rare that people offer raises without asking and I think that's a testament to the great leadership at RedCloud.

Cons

The benefits are not quite as great as you might find elsewhere but the company is actively working to make them better year over year.
