Pros

What sets RedCloud apart from other consulting firms is the leadership. Despite the scale of the projects we handle, the leadership team remains incredibly approachable and grounded. There is no "ivory tower" here; you can have a candid conversation with executives, and they genuinely value your input on delivery strategy. The "People-First" culture isn't just a marketing slide; it’s reflected in how they support managers in the field and prioritize transparency

Cons

Because we work with high-profile clients like Google, the pace can be intense. Navigating the specific requirements of such a large client while maintaining RedCloud’s internal standards requires strong time-management skills, but the support makes it manageable.

Pros

Very good culture compared to a lot of other staffing agencies in town Strong alliances with big tech companies Work life balance, training/education stipend

Cons

As always, contracting is not for the faint of heart. Expect to be valued but do not expect the role to turn into an FTE position (in most cases).

Pros

I work with nice and supportive people.

Cons

Despite being full of amazing employees, people leave RedCloud Consulting all the time. This company is like a revolving door of employees because it has a very high employee turnover rate. The main reason is probably the useless leadership. Our leaders are unsupportive, and they always fail to provide employees with the resources and support that they need. If you need guidance, you won't get anything worthwhile from the leadership. Most of our leaders here don't seem to care about the employees and the company at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re disappointed to hear that parts of your time at RedCloud didn’t meet your expectations, and we appreciate your honesty. Feedback like yours helps us reflect on where we can continue to evolve. If you’re open to sharing more, our HR team would welcome the opportunity to learn from your experience so we can continue improving.
