What makes RedCloud exceptional is the quality of the people and the culture of respect and trust. From day one, I’ve worked with highly talented, genuinely happy team members who collaborate well and care about delivering great outcomes. Feedback is heard and acted on, and leadership clearly puts thought into strategic direction and operational excellence. The client I support is extremely satisfied and keeps bringing in more RedCloud consultants — which speaks volumes. I’ve been trusted with meaningful work and included in areas where I can add value both tactically and strategically. RedCloud has my respect. I’m proud to be here, and I 100% recommend them — both to friends looking for a meaningful, supportive place to work, and to customers looking for excellent consultants. I hope to stay long-term and contribute to their continued success.

Cons

Honestly, I don’t have real negatives to report so far. Every company has areas to improve, but RedCloud seems to actively seek feedback and evolve, which is rare. If anything, I’d just encourage them to keep investing in internal development and cross-project collaboration as they grow.

friendly, get to know your name and act like a team. Owners are approchable and personal. Monthly lunch and learns to share knowledge and experience.

Cons

onboarding was limited but that is normal in consulting
