Pros

Fantastic work environment, super intelligent people, professional, friendly and fun. I didn't know a consultancy firm like this existed and I could not be happier. Also they are very family-oriented and strongly value work-life balance, ensure consultants feel like part of the team with various events and offer overall flexibility which is a great change from other consulting firms! I also notice that they are very diligent in working with consultants to line up new opportunities before their current one ends.

Cons

As a growing business they are moving to more automation, however there are some manual/administration processes at this time.

Provides employee events moral events.

Cons

Doesn't provide support between vendor and contractor. Not helpful in sourcing a new role when contract ends. Takes huge portion of the contracted rate.

RedCloud is a rapidly growing company with a foundation built on decades of industry experience as well as values that are not only claimed, but fully owned and lived out. - Management you're able to completely trust - Obsessive attention on matching people to the appropriate project - Appreciate a balanced life and care for their employees health - Fantastic benefits package that also evolves to match others - An office environment that feels welcoming every time you walk in the door - A well balanced environment of seriousness and fun - Opportunities that will push you outside of your comfort zone
